Protein-Packed Avocado Toast

  • 1-2 slices Whole grain bread (or your favorite type of bread)
  • 1/4-1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Egg (or 2 egg whites)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp butter or butter substitute (optional)
